Where it comes from

Very dark, thick consistency, with a strong aroma and a deep, less sweet taste.

How to use it
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon once or twice daily as desired.
  • Eat directly by the spoon, or use to sweeten drinks and yogurt, or with bread and labneh.
  • Add it to drinks after the heat has subsided, not to boiling drinks, to preserve its flavor.
Important information

Honey should never be given to children under one year of age in any form—including as nectar, mixed in food, or after cooking—due to the risk of infant botulism.

Honey is a natural sugar source and raises blood sugar. Individuals with diabetes should consume it very moderately and after consulting a doctor, as there is no sugar-free honey.
