Where it comes from

Raw natural honey sourced from the Tian Shan mountains in Kyrgyzstan, from the nectar of various mountain flowers, then whipped until creamy.

Creamy white, with a light floral aroma and a pleasant, mildly sweet taste.

Seasonal, depending on the blooming of mountain flowers.

How to use it
  • One teaspoon to one tablespoon, once or twice daily, as desired.
  • Eat directly by the spoonful, or use to sweeten drinks and yogurt, or with bread and labneh.
  • Add to drinks after they have cooled, not to boiling drinks, to preserve its flavor.
Important information

This product contains royal jelly, which has been reported to cause severe allergic reactions, and in rare cases, fatalities, especially in individuals with asthma and allergies.

Honey should never be given to children under one year of age, in any form — including honeycomb, mixed in food, or after cooking — due to the risk of infant botulism.

Honey is a natural sugar source and raises blood sugar. Individuals with diabetes should consume it in very moderation and after consulting a doctor; there is no sugar-free honey.

Honey is not listed among items to be avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding and should be consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
