Where it comes from

Raw natural Manuka honey from New Zealand, sourced from the nectar of Manuka bush (Leptospermum) flowers.

Brown in color, thick in consistency, with a distinct earthy aroma.

Stronger and less sweet than regular honeys, and may have a slight bitterness, which is natural.

Collected during the Manuka flowering season in New Zealand.

How to use it
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon once or twice daily as desired.
  • Eat directly from the spoon, or use to sweeten drinks and yogurt, or with bread and labneh.
  • Add it to drinks after they have cooled down, not to boiling drinks, to preserve its flavor.

UMF grading is a certified number that describes the quality and authenticity of Manuka honey and is associated with a minimum concentration of the MGO compound. Higher numbers mean a higher minimum MGO, and are not transferable from one grading to another.

How should I store honey?

At room temperature, away from direct sunlight. No fridge needed — honey preserves itself.
